Workplace Peer Support Program
The Workplace Peer Support Program equips interested employees with the skills to check in, listen effectively, and support colleagues through everyday challenges, stress, or crisis—without stepping outside the boundaries of their role.
Designed by counsellors and mental health specialists, and tailored for the workplace, the program helps break down barriers such as stigma, isolation, and inaccessibility by training trusted peers to become active points of contact within their teams.
This training program is highly interactive, and can be delivered in 2.5-3 hours; ideal for a morning or afternoon session. The recommended maximum attendance is 15 people.
